Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Treviah Goods ships only within the United States. Standard shipping is free. Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days and usually delivered 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, holidays, weather, or incorrect addresses. Tracking is emailed when available.
Returns
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Opened or used personal-care items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Use the Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include the order number and photos. Confirmed issues qualify for a replacement or refund at no added cost.
Return Process
Contact us before returning anything. Do not ship items to the address on the original package. We will provide instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Cancellations
Contact us quickly. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.
